Some Of The Exciting Stuff That You'll Be Involved In: 

  • Assist the Accounts Team
  • Visiting banks, government offices, various vendors for bills, cheque etc 
  • Maintenance of office assets and smooth office operation
  • Assist staff with shifting furniture and other tools around the office  
  • Assist in keeping records of inventory and office assets 
  • Liaise with HR Team for managing Info-Sessions for candidates & accessories stock for trial exam of candidates and other hiring process 
  • Assist in the procurement of assets and preparation of documents for it
  • Assist the Housekeeping Team
  • Organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office. 
  • Attending to guests / visitors /vendors / candidates 
  • Running errands as instructed by managers
  • Liaising with Front Office Executive to maintain supplies of stationery, office equipment and groceries 
  • Maintaining the office / arranging for necessary repairs
  • Any other AD HOC duties when required
