We are looking for the Mid-level QA Engineer.
Job Description:
- Work in Scrum/Kanban team environment to size and plan the requirements
- Test software products following standard testing practices, tools and techniques
- Work with a cross-functional team to analyze, identify risks, enhance, and negotiate product requirements that meet or exceed our customer need
- Participate actively in retrospective meetings for continuous improvement of the tea
- Work in Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
- Research on new technology and techniques for continuous improvement of the product quality
- Mentor new members for easy on-boarding to the team
- Ensure quality of product and product documentation
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Job Specification:
- Experience in security testing, load testing, API testing and automation testing (in Web and Mobile application)
- Knowledge of automation and CI/CD (continuous integration & continuous delivery) fall in the category of basic skills only. So that means knowledge of range of tools such as QTP, Selenium, Jenkins etc Hands on skills with Automated Testing and CI/CD and tools likeJenkin, Katalon or Selenium
- Knowledge of Version control systems like Git
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with standard testing practices, techniques and tools like Jmeter, Postman, Burp Suite, ZAP, SQLyog, JIRA etc
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
- 1 to 3 years of software QA experience
