MEAL Officer

Community Development Programme Sindhuli/ Nepal (CDPS/Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization (NGO) registered in Sindhuli district and working in different community development sectors; education, child protection, WASH, DRR, Livelihood in Sindhuli and surrounding districts since 1998 A.D. CDPS, a leading NGO in Sindhuli district has been implementing protection project in Golanjor, Phikkal and Teen Patan Rural Municipality of Sindhuli in partnership with World Vision International Nepal to contribute protection of vulnerable persons, women and children from violence and harmful practices including at times of disaster is looking for interested, eligible, and result oriented Nepalese candidates to fulfil the following position:

Position: MEAL Officer

Station: CDPS office and frequently travel to field

Duration: Project based (full time) 

Qualification & Major Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, analyse and verify the information collected from community in a way that provides accurate and valid information and database
• Improve the quality of programmes and information management through improved monitoring and accountability system in the programme areas; 
• Maintain project database including relevant documents and reports  
• Compile, analyze and present the key findings arising from QBM monitoring and accountability system
• Provide necessary field support including communication to the respondents, arranging meetings, interviews and focus groups discussions for monitoring visits and evaluations/ field studies 
• Establish and operate community feedback mechanism ensuring response and appropriate actions in related to project implementation
• Bachelor’s degree in social science or relevant discipline and at least 2 years of experience working  with NGO/INGO sector
