• Helps to generate & develop new clients
• Identify competitors, analyze their activities & have knowledge of the products
• Checks status of each client and discuss their issues with Managerial Level
• Participates in the development of client training programs by identifying learning issues
• Develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for the products

   Job Specification:

• Must have completed an Intermediate level or Bachelor running
• At least 1 year of experience in the field of marketing
• Should have excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Should think out of the box and be a team player
• Should be innovative and vigilant at all times
• Must have 2 wheelers driving license

For Cashier (Teller): Female;

Job Description

• Receive payment by cash, check, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.

Job Specification

• Should have 2 experience in finance companies
• Must have completed intermediate level in commerce
• Must be fluent with Prabhu Cooperative Software
• Should have knowledge of MS- Office package
• Must have good Nepali/English typing skill

For Admin Executive; 

Job Description

• Analyze marketing trends
• Identify demand for potential service and customer needs
• Responsible for market promotion and expansion
• Handle customer grievances and taking their feedback in a positive manner
• Increasing the members for the organization
• Providing superior customer services
• Explain to customers the different saving schemes
• Review and update market
• Assist loan department
