Invitation to Bid (ITB)

One Heart World-Wide (OHW) hereby invites eligible bidders/vehicle rentals/individual persons the Invitation to Bid (ITB) for providing a vehicle hiring service to OHW as mentioned below categories.

Types of Vehicles: 

Terms and Conditions

1. The signed and stamped sealed quotation (hardcopy) must be delivered to the OHW, Kathmandu, Nepal Office, during office hours by 17 January 2019.
2. Organization registration copy, VAT Registration Copy, Latest Tax Clearance Certificate must be submitted.
3. If individual, copy of vehicle registration copy, renewed copy of Blue book and driver license copy must be submitted.
4. Past performance information including at least 3 professional references with contact details must be submitted.
5. Sealed Quotation any parts thereof, received after the stipulated time will not be accepted. Quotation must be delivered in a sealed envelope which should be marked with “Sealed Quotation for Vehicle Hiring Service”.
6. Quotation should be submitted in given format. (The format can be downloaded from http://bit.ly/2QyfcaE)

Note: District Names are Dhading Besi-Dhading, Chautara-Sindhupalchowk, Rumjatar-Okhaldhunga, Diktel- Khotang, Bhojpur, Khandbari-Sankhuwasabha, Myanglung-Terhathum, Dharan, Ilam, Phidim-Panchthar, Phungling-Taplejung, Salleri-Solukhumbu, Bidur-Nuwakot, Manthali-Ramechhap, Dhulikhel-Kavre, Dhunche-Rasuwa, Charikot-Dolakha.

OHW will make an agreement with the selected bidder’s for 2019. However, OHW reserves the rights to reject any or all bids without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

Only interested bidders are encouraged to submit their ITB in hard copies by 17 January 2019.
