HR OFFICER ( MATERNITY COVER)

The British Council is recruiting for an HR Officer to support the HR function in all areas including recruitment, induction, talent and development, performance management, operations and exits. In the role, you will support implementation of HR initiatives in Nepal. 

Your key responsibilities in the role will include supporting the HR team in:

• End to end recruitment
• Induction planning 
• Managing the annual performance management cycle. 
• Learning and Development 
• Operations by managing HR information 
• Any other activity or project as and when required

To apply and be successful in the role, you will need a minimum of one year’s experience in a meaningful HR role supporting:

• End to end recruitment
• Training plans and logistics
• HR information management
• Contract management
• HR operations
