VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Nepal Hydro & Electric Limited (NHE) is leading Company involved in Hydro and Electro mechanical equipment including HV substations, manufacturing and installation & repair for hydro & electric sector. NHE is seeking selfconfident, dynamic and result oriented individual for the following position:

Position : Finance Manager

No. of Post : 1 (One) Level – XI

Duty Station : Butwal

Major Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibilities of Finance Division (Account, Store and Costing section) of the company.
• Be responsible for the financial planning of the Company in close consultation with the CEO.
• Maintain the accounts and costing of the Company in accordance with IFRS and principles and to prepare the
• required financial statements monthly.
• Be responsible to carry out adequate checks and controls regarding Cash, Inventories and Collection of
• Receivable.
• Approve cash advances and expenses as per Company policy.
• Carry out promptly the decisions of the Board with regard to finance and accounts.
• In consultation with the HR Manager, responsible for hiring staff of own Division as per the approved plans, for
• performance evaluation and taking disciplinary actions.
• Prepare Cash Flow Statement as per requirement.

Qualifications and Experience:

Preferably a member of ICAN, ICAI, ACCA or ACA and 4 years' relevant experience or MBA with 10 + years' experience out of which minimum 2 years as Finance Manager of a Firm or Industry.

Type of employment: On contract basis with possibility of being regular, based on performance.

Salary and other benefits: As per company rule.
