Details / requirements:
Job Description:
- Lead a team of 4-6 designers and front end developers
- Be the owner of the Daraz website and app
- Develop and execute campaign plans with marketing and design
- Continuous QC of the website and app
- Monitor key metrics of all campaigns and the Daraz platform in general
- Come up with strategies to increase acquisition and engagement of users
- Provide design input with business perspective
Qualification required:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in science, engineering or business disciplines
- Min. 2 years of working experience as a project manager or in related field
- Good with Excel, Data Analysis, Reporting and Presentation
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Design principles, basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript is preferred
- Go-getter and can-do attitude
