Detailed Job Description / Requirements:
Customer service representatives interact with customers on behalf of organization.
- 50% of the agents should have at least 6 months call center experience
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Able to speak in English/Hindi/Nepali
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
- Take payment information and other pertinent information
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
- Should meet quality and sales target
- Should be time flexible and able to work on any shift assigned.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Should have good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer Skills
- Bachelor’s running can apply.
