Details / requirements:

1. Support Assistant and Support / Implementation Officer: (6 Nos)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Technical support to clients.
  • Software Installation and software implementation.
  • Provide Training and support in various software to clients
  • Customer followup for after sales support.
  • Require field visit.

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Dedicated to work.
  • Have sufficient time for work and overtime also.
  • Interested to learn new things.
  • Familier with computer and accounting software terms.
  • Having good knowledge in management and  MS Excel.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelors Completed or running in IT or management with good computer knowledge is recommended.
  • Good understanding of HRMS, Fixed Asset, Inventory, Accounting, School System and worked experience in such field will be plus.
  • Having driving license is preferrable.
  • Knowledge of SQL Query is preferrable.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Apply only if you can work for long term.
  • Fresher can apply for Support Assistant.

 2. Customer Support Coordinator (Female): (1 Nos)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • 1+ year relevent experience
  • Communicate with Clients for After Sales Service.
  • Tracking of Implementation and Support Time Lines.
  • Tracking of Customer Issues, assign issues to related support user and keep tracking of resolution of issues.
  • Maintain Good Relation with Customer

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Dedicated to work.
  • Having good knowledge in management and  MS Excel.
  • Good Email and Letter writting skill
  • Excellent Communication Skill
