Notice for Consultancy Service
FORWARD Nepal has implemented a project entitled “Strengthen Community Resilience to Disaster through Safe School Initiatives in Sunsari Project” in five schools of Barahakshetra and Ramdhuni municipalities in Sunsari district.Under this project, FORWARD Nepal is outsourcing the services of consulting firm for the following Consulting Service/task. Interested VAT registered consulting firms/individuals are requested to submit their technical and financial proposal.
Consultancy Service: Support on preparation of Local Disaster and Climate Resilience Plan to Local Government.
Both the tasks/services should be delivered in close coordination with project team of FORWARD Nepal,and Resilience Coordinator of Plan International Nepal, Field Office in Sunsari district. The Interested VAT registered consulting firms/individuals can apply/submit their Expression of Interest (EoI) along with brief proposal in the provided template of terms of reference (ToR) (Annex 1), Curriculum Vitae (CV) (Annex 3) in MS word file and financial proposal (Annex 2) in MS excel file to FORWARD Nepal at the mailing address shown below.
The closing date for applications is April 15, 2019 at 5:00 pm for Consultancy Service. EOI should be submitted along with the required documents in a single zip file. Only short-listed applicants will be contacted for further negotiation for the service and agreement. The selection criteria of firms/individual consultant are illustrated in clause 10 of the ToR.
