Evaluation System

Overview

Asha Nepal is an organization registered in 2008 to work with women and children whose lives have been disrupted by gender-based violence in the form of trafficking, sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, domestic slavery and severe domestic violence.  

Objective

Asha Nepal has a case management system and conducts internal and external monitoring and evaluation of its projects. Hence, the objective of this consultancy is to help Asha Nepal set up a monitoring and evaluation system to track the progress of the projects at different phases. Moreover, the system is expected to replace the current system practiced by the organization in data management.

Scope of Work

This consultancy entails the following tasks:

Review of  the existing M & E practice

Develop an outline of M &E system

Orient and discuss with the staff members on the outline developed  

Develop M & E framework- tools

Orient the board and the staff members on the developed tools

Supervise and coach the key staff members periodically on the application of developed M& E system

Location

Dhapasi, Kathmandu

The tenure of the contract will be from October 2019 to July 2020.The incomplete bid documents or bid documents received after closing date will not be considered.
