Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Communication and Documentation Officer-Kathmandu-1

• Assure implementation of the responsible projects by coordinating all project activities in close collaboration with immediate seniors
• Prepare press releases and articles on different topics whenever required
• Plan , develop and implement Maiti Nepal's public relation strategies
• Update information in Facebook/ websites and Maiti's social networking sites and to publish newsletters
• To update organization website, newsletters ,fund raising leaflets, sponsorship packages  and others
• Be responsible for electronic and other kinds of internal and external communication that has been entrusted to you
• Answer enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations often via telephone and emails
• Research, write and distribute press releases to targeted media
• Preparation of concept papers, reports and proposals
• To promote the work of the organization through presentations, preparing promotional materials, press release and media campaigns
• Prepare quarterly, half-yearly and annual reports in timely manner
• Perform any other duties assigned by organization

• The Information and Communication Officer should possess Master degree in Mass Communication with three years work experience or Bachelors Degree in Mass communication with 5 years work experiences in related field
• Computer  skills in MS Word
• Trustworthiness, Stress tolerance, good communication and operational decision making skills
• Ability to share knowledge and experience plus fluency in English
• Good Interpersonal and good communication skills
• Willingness to Learn at all times. 

Social Enterprise Development Officer-Kathmandu-1

• To perform market research about the development of concept of  social Enterprise
• To set-up suitable business plan and to ensure smooth running of the business in every aspects
• To conduct Social Enterprise feasibility study including enterprise concept, budgeting and proposals
• To encourage trafficking survivors providing them training and skill development programs
• Supporting reintegration of the trafficking survivors through identification of opportunities for their economic empowerment
• To empower trafficking survivors hence contributing to sustainability of the organization itself
• Assure implementation and monitoring of overall Social Enterprise activities formed under the program
• Responsible for all aspects of Social enterprise including staff management, administration, sales, purchase and finance activities
• To provide guidance and support to project's social structure and also to ensure proper implementation of all aspects
• Responsible for all necessary reporting ,monitoring and evaluation requirements of the program
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Organization

• Social Enterprise Development Officer should posses Bachelors Degree in Management  faculty with minimum of 3 years experience in running business
• Computer skills in MS Office
• Trustworthiness, Stress tolerance, good communication and operational decision making skills
• Ability to share knowledge and experience plus fluency in English
• Good Interpersonal and good communication skills
• Willingness to Learn at all times
