Job Description

  • Support the Chef de Partie or Commis-I in the daily operation.
  • Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Chef.
  • Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions, cleanliness, wastage and cost control according to the rules set by the company.
  • Control food stock and food cost in his/her section.
  • Ensure K.O.T. is made for all orders before supplying the food.
  • To be punctual for work and report directly to the manager.
  • Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks.
  • Carry other duties as assigned by acting supervisor and manager.

  • Able to take instruction and follow procedures.
  • Attentiveness to details.
  • High level of manual dexterity.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, often under pressure.
