Since 1987 ADRA Nepal has operated portfolios in the Health, Economic Development and Livelihood, Education, and Disaster Risk Management sectors.ADRA Nepal invites applications from qualified candidates for implementing an anticipated family Planning Project in Nepal.

1.  Chief of Party (COP): One (Kathmandu Based)

Qualification and Competencies:

  • Master’s Degree in International Development/Global Health or relevant areas with a minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in donor compliance, leadership management and technical direction of the program in Family Planning (FP) and Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH).  Prior experience as Chief of Party in USAID funded project sis desirable.

2.  Technical Advisor: One (Kathmandu based)

Qualification and Competencies:

  • Master’s Degree in Global Health / MPH with a clinical background and minimum of 7 years’ experience in a technical advisory role to donor, Government, as well as program designing, quality assurance of programs in FP/ ARH.Familiarity with USAID approaches is highly preferred.

3.  MEAL Manager: One(Kathmandu based)

Qualification and Competencies:

  • Master's degree in Social/ HealthScience with health statistics or relevant subjects with a minimum 7 years of professional experience in MEAL framework, analysis and evaluation of project performance data following the MEAL Policies and Procedures and result tracking.  Candidates with USAID project experience are highly preferred.
