Details / requirements:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Officer to help us expand our clientele. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Search, identify and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients and determine business requirements and plan solutions with help of a technical team.
  • Conceive and develop new business strategy, planning and process to execute the business plan.
  • Ensure the implementation and Execution of Business targets agreed.
  • To work with the internal team, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue in an organization.
  • Develop and deliver pitches for potential international clients to enhance company’s portfolio.
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new strategies for business enhancement.
  • Perform cost-benefit and need analysis of existing and potential customer to meet their business needs
  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following company’s standard procedure.

Job Specifications:

  • University degree graduate in field of Management (MBA Graduate)
  • Minimum 2 years of active engagement in the related field.
  • A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Experience to handle international client with good command in English language skills for both oral and written.
  • An attention to details and has an investigative and questioning nature.
  • Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
  • Good command of English and Nepali Language.
