Antenna Foundation Nepal (AFN) is an independent, non-for-profit, media for development organization in Nepal since 2002. Its mainly focus on production of innovative and distinctive media content for both traditional and new media platforms for raising public awareness, positive behavioral change and media advocacy. AFN partners with different media outlets to disseminates the content.

AFN is hiring a competent, committed and self-motivated individual in the following Position;

Job Descriptions of Position

Position: Audio Visual Technician

Major Responsibilities:

• Be overall responsible for Technical work for radio drama (in Nepali, Maithili and Bhojpuri) according to assigned by Supervisor or Drama Producer or Project Officer.
• Manage studio and its accessories available during recording of drama.Operate audio consoles, computers, tape machines, microphones and sound processing equipment to mix, combine and edit radio programmes
• Ensure smooth distribution of radio programmes to radios through Southcast, network of CIN and Internet streaming
• Ensure studio, and equipment are clean and safe
