Good Neighbors International (GNI) Nepal is an international non-governmental organization working in Nepal since 2002 with the objective of improving the lives of people, especially children through education, income generating activities, health services, WASH, advocacy, network building and disaster risk reduction. GNI Nepal has been implementing its activities in 20 districts. GNI Nepal invites application for following positions:

Position: Assistant – Sponsorship Service and Child Protection (Few), Location: Humla

Job Description:

  • Assist to implement activities related to Sponsorship Service and Child Protection
  • Assist in capacity building of NGOs and CBOs
  • Draft periodic report on Sponsorship Service and Child Protection
  • Coordinate with GOs/NGOs and CBOs as well as community level child protection mechanism

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field with one-year experience in Sponsorship Service and Child Protection
  • Experience of psychosocial counselling and life skill training will be preferred
  • Good interpersonal, communications, training and facilitation skills
  • Working knowledge of the English language along with writing and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft
  • Prefer to visit working areas frequently
