Job Description: Assistant Manager Front Officer

• Must oversee various tasks to ensure the smooth operations of a hotel ‘s front desk area
• Help to run all front office operations in the absence of a front office or resident manager
• Address Guest Concerns and Complaints  in a timely and professional manner and provide customer satisfaction
• Supervising front desk personnel, evaluating their performance and  providing necessary training 
• Process cash or credit card payments during the check-in process and maintaining a balanced account
• Communicating with Front Office Manager or management regarding employee 
• Monitoring trends in reservations, Scheduling, inventory and light book keeping

Requirements:

• Graduate in the field of hospitality (preferred)
• Few years experience in the related field in reputed hotels
