Details / requirements:

Job Description:

  • Accountable to streamline all matters relating to Recruitment, Organizational design programs, HR Procedures and drive HR functions in excellence by process improvement.
  • Hiring Sr. profiles  and develop and maintain a healthy pipeline for future recruitment needs and handle overall recruitment process as per Recruitment Standard Operating Process
  • Analyze training needs of employees from the feedback of department head and reporting managers and likewise propose training and development plan.
  • Identify, assess, develop and retain Talents in Talent management process by coordinating with teams.
  • Responsible in various HR areas which may include new hire onboarding and assimilation, safety compliance and monitoring, performance and talent management
  • Liaise with all department head to ensure that all Job Descriptions are complete/updated and in line with Market practice
  • Coordinate with HR Manager for communication with employees about grievance and internal issues.
  • Make regular and ad-hoc reports related to HR management as requested
  • Accountable for proactively measuring employee engagement, turnover, and compliance with all applicable laws.

Qualification required:

  • Masters Degree preferred, with minimum 2 years of experience in related field with HR best practices
  • Work exposure in multinational company will be an extra advantage.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, decision-making, strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal, and ethical conduct skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously – result oriented
  • Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
  • Experience with office management software like HR systems and databases including MS Office
