Nexgen Services isone of the leading institutions on digital marketing on different media   invites application from the competent, committed, self-motivated and enthusiastic Nepalese candidates in the capacity of following posts: 

1. Administrative and Documentation Officer (2Nos)

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor on Management Faculty or equivalent
  • Min. one year of experience on related field
  • Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with MS Word, Excel
  • Can work under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Would be responsible for collation and documentation of all reports and materials. 
  • Responsible for maintenance of reports and other relevant documents. 
  • Undertake administrative task and such other assignments, which may be assigned from time to time. 
  • As guided and instructed by team leader or higher level.

2. Media Marketing & Sales Officer (3Nos)

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor
  • Min. one year of experience on related field
  • Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with MS Word, Excel
  • Can work under pressure
  • Content writing skill
  • Must have two wheeler license a

Responsibilities:

  • Writing commercial contents for various web platforms such as Websites, Social Media Posts etc.
  • Ability to conduct research independently on assigned topics
  • Ability to explore online and find helpful topics to elaborate with analyzing factor
  • An understanding of content marketing – or at least willing to grasp and incorporate this into the writing
  • Concept of Branding and Technical Marketing

3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER: (2Nos)

Required Qualification:

  • Must possess good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Creativity and innovative ideas of marketing
  • Should be able to work with the team
  • Should have presentable personality with positive attitude
  • Must have a valid two wheeler driving license

Responsibilities:

  • Search for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Should be able to handle overall sales and marketing activities of the company.
  • Planning & conducting events & activities coordinating with other employees of the company.
  • Developing marketing campaigns that promote a product, service or idea.
  • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
  • Evaluating marketing campaigns.
  • Presentation of company’s products and services to the client and/ or mass number of people and to pitch a customer on company’s products and services.
  • Analyzing and researching sales possibilities to achieve company’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis the target given by the company.
