Qualifications & skills:

  • Bachelor degree in relevant subject with at least two years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office package especially in excel & accounting software Tally.
  • Must possess driving/scooter license.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Major responsibilities

  1. Coordinate with local & government bodies like, CDO, SWC, Municipality, Ward Office for administrative purpose.
  2. Prepare vouchers.
  3. Conduct tax deposit as per the requirements.
  4. Handle banking transaction like cheque/cash deposition & withdrawal.
  5. Ensure all financial and administrative records are retained as per the organizational polices.
  6. Prepare monthly reconciliation.
  7. Handle petty cash.
  8. Assist in organizing meetings and events of organization.
  9. Prepare and drop the official letters, documents as needed.
  10. Logistic management like travel arrangement, hotel booking, flight booking, stationeries.
  11. Preparing agendas for internal meetings.
  12. Perform other related duties as required.
