1. Designation: Grade Teacher - Preprimary

Job requirements

• Must have completed Bachelor's Degree 
• Must have minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Must be familiar with grade teaching system (particularly in preschool)
• Proficiency in both English and Nepali language
• Must have a positive attitude to work in a diverse team
• Must have effective classroom management skills 
• Must have sound knowledge and skills of virtual class

Job descriptions

• Prepare termly, weekly and daily lesson plans as per curriculum guidelines provided
• Ensure the lesson plans are delivered in the classroom effectively and efficiently
• Enhance students' interests, abilities and performance by promoting a collaborative and cooperative learning culture
• Develop strategies for effective and proactive classroom management
• Assess and evaluate students' progress via both internal and external assessment and communicate it with their parents and school authority
• Participate in general/unit/class meetings as and when required
• Perform other duties related to teaching and learning activities as and when assigned by the school authority
