Front Office Assistant

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

ChildFund Japan is an international non-profit development organization which has been working for children in partnership with local NGOs and implementing programs in different districts of Nepal since 2006. ChildFund Japan invites applications from the Nepalese citizen for the following position:

VACANT POSITION: Front Office Assistant (1)

This position will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative work such as receiving phone calls and redirecting them, receiving letter, and distributing them, monitoring office supplies, vehicle arrangement, and support in logistics and procurement.

Required Qualifications and Skills·         Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration or Management field

·         At least 1 year of experience in the related field

       ·         Have driving license of 2 wheelers

·         Must be enthusiastic and quick learner

·         Excellent knowledge of computer applications especially Excel and Word.

·         Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Nepali
