Chief finance officer (CFO) /Chartered Accountant

Job Position: Chief finance officer (CFO) -1

Job Description:

1. Conduct in-depth revenue and expense variance analysis and communicate clear and concise explanations (actuals vs budget, actuals vs forecast, and period over period actuals)
2. Work with accounting team to improve accuracy and completeness of financial information
3. Prepare, review, and distribute monthly financial reports to senior and executive management
4. Analyze and report on current financial status, key trends and forecast implications
5. Monitor and analyze volume and operational metric reports
6. Prepare and review Executive Level presentations on monthly and quarterly financial performance and initiatives
7. Partner with Corporate Accounting to gain efficiencies pertaining to Month-End Close
8. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics required ; MBA preferred
9. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in preparing and maintaining financial models, budgets, reporting, consolidation and financial analysis
10. Accounting/GAAP knowledge
11. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
12. Strong business acumen and demonstrated experience serving as a strategic business partner
13. Ability to complete projects timely and accurately is critical
14. Ability to deal/negotiate with Banks and other financial organizations
15. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
