Finance and Operations Officer
Detailed Job description / requirements:
Possible, a non-governmental organization
registered in Nepal, is seeking a Finance and Operations Officer develop
and lead the management, policies, and documentation of the organization’s
financials, operations and procurement management. The Finance & Operations
Officer should see themselves as an advocate for Possible’s mission, vision and
values. The Finance & Operations officer should be eager, proactive,
independent and should serve as an active member of a management team to build
Big three key responsibilities:
· Build, implement and support finance and grant management systems, procedures and policies to support the team to advance Possible’s mission, vision and values in accordance with financial best practices and laws and regulations of the Government of Nepal.
· Build, implement and support operations and organizational procurement systems in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Government of Nepal.
· Perform administrative duties to support the management team in ensuring legal and regulatory adherence and implementing financial accountability, cost effectiveness, budget design and forecasting.
