ADRA serves in more than 130 countries to bring long-term development programs and immediate emergency response to communities through a network of global offices. Since 1987 ADRA Nepal has operated portfolios in the Health, Economic Development and Livelihood, Education, and Disaster Risk Management sectors.ADRA Nepal re-invites applications from qualified candidates for implementing an anticipated USAID Reproductive Health/Family Planning Project in Nepal.

1. Finance and Administration Director: One (Kathmandu based)

Qualification and Competencies:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration with specialization in financial management or professional certificate of CPA/ ACCA and a minimum 10 years of professional experience in financial planning & management and human resource management. Candidates with USAID project experience are highly preferred.

2. Technical Advisor: One (Kathmandu based)

Qualification and Competencies:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Medicine, Public Health, Development, or related field. A minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience in a technical advisory role to donor, Government, as well as program designing, quality assurance of programs in FP/ ARH is required. Candidates with familiarity of USAID approaches are highly preferred.

3. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEAL) Manager: One(Kathmandu based)

Qualification and Competencies:

  • Advanced postgraduate degree in public health, demography, epidemiology, biostatistics, social science, or any related field. A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in MEAL framework, analysis and evaluation of project performance data following the MEAL Policies and Procedures and result tracking.  Ph.D. candidates with USAID project experience and deep understanding of adolescent sexual and reproductive health/family planning are highly preferred.
