U.S. PHARMACOPEIAL CONVENTION (USP) for The Promoting the Quality of Medicines Plus (PQM+) program supported by USAID invites from media and broadcast-related firms/agencies to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Broadcast of Public Service Announcements in National Radio/FM Stations and Local FM Stations in Province 1.

The PQM+ invites EoI from the eligible and potential service provider to Broadcast Public Service Announcements in National Radio/FM Stations and Local FM Stations in Province 1. Agencies/service provider with minimum three years of related work experience are requested to submit the following documents –

i) Company and VAT registration certificate, 

ii) Latest tax clearance certificate,

iii)  Brief profile of the work for last two years with at least names of two referees.

Eligible agencies should submit their applications with documentation through email to Nepal.procurement@usp.org. Eligible agencies meeting the above criteria only will obtain complete solicitation (RFQ) documents. The quotations should be submitted by email to Nepal.procurement@usp.org labeled with RFQ reference EoI ref.no: USP-GHMS-PIF _EoI_PSA broadcast-01372, on or before 27th June 2022, 5:00 PM, Nepal time. Application received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.

Note: PQM+ reserve rights to accept or reject any/all bidding document without necessary reason.
