Expression of Interest (EoI) for Rental Vehicle Services
CRS is an international NGO based in the United States that works in over 100 countries to promote human development by responding to major emergencies, fighting diseases, poverty, and nurturing peaceful and just societies. CRS started its operational presence in Nepal in response to the 2015 earthquake, providing immediate emergency response in multiple districts and earthquake recovery support. CRS Nepal has been coordinating the reconstruction through the leadership of the National Housing and Settlements Resiliency Platform (NHSRP), formally known as Housing Recovery and Reconstruction Platform (HRRP) since March 2017 to provide technical and information management support to relevant national, provincial and local governments. Similarly, CRS expanded its programming to other disasters responses (Lamjung, Jajarkot) in country as well as other sectors, namely Livelihoods, DRR and Climate Change. CRS Nepal is also implementing a USAID-financed livelihood technical assistance program, Farmer to Farmer (F2F), in Bagmati, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces.

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is an international NGO founded in 1943 in the United States and has been working in more than 100 countries around the world supporting the most vulnerable communities to rebuild their lives, alleviate human suffering, advance full human development, and foster peace and justice. In Nepal, CRS has supported over 25,000 households and communities to rebuild their homes, infrastructure and livelihoods from the devastating 2015 earthquakes. Further, CRS has been planning to support post 2015 mega earthquakes affected vulnerable households (include May 2021 Earthquake) in the district of Lamjung in Province 4.The project will identify the project beneficiaries (participants) in a strong coordination with local government authorities in the districts and as required. The program will focus on the reconstruction of homes for the most vulnerable families in addition to recovery of livelihoods and rehabilitation of community infrastructure include Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR).
CRS is seeking a service provider to support for Rental Vehicle Services and would like to invite all interested suppliers who are willing to provide rental vehicle services having required official documents likes of (company registration, VAT registration, recent tax clearance certificate and experience on related sector) to submit an Expression of Interest (EoI).
How to Apply:
- Submit an Expression of Interest (EoI) to receive Request for quotation via email request to np_procurement@crs.org before 5 PM (NST) on 17 Sept. 2021 (Friday).
- Submit complete request for quotation form along with required other reference documents by sending email to np_procurement@crs.org before 5 PM (NST) on 19 Sept. 2021 (Sunday).
Only selected suppliers with matching required criteria and submitting full documents will be selected for the next step. The rental vehicle service provider/supplier will be selected based on their experience in related sectors and other criteria outlined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The preference will be given to suppliers who are currently providing rental vehicle service within all the districts of Nepal.
