EOI FOR COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGN

The Hamro Samman Project is a five-year project generously supported by the American people through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (UK aid) and implemented by Winrock International. Its goal is to reduce the prevalence of trafficking in persons in 10 strategically selected districts of Nepal. Using the ‘4Ps’ framework- Prevention, Protection, Prosecution and Partnership, the Hamro Samman project will bring together various stakeholders and implementing partners to reduce the prevalence of trafficking in persons.

The project seeks EOIs to solicit applications from interested Nepali firms/organizations to support Winrock International in the implementation of a communication campaign for the five-year Counter Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) Hamro Samman project. Hamro Samman seeks to build a two-year multi-media campaign aimed at raising awareness about human trafficking and labor exploitation risks and fostering safe foreign labor migration and safe employment in the entertainment sector. Working in partnership with Hamro Samman and its various partners from the Government, civil society, and the private sector, the selected Grantee of this EOI will co-create the communications and outreach campaign strategy and spearhead execution with relevant messaging, content, medium, and partners.
