• Education level: Bachelor or higher (International degree preferred) 
• Experience required of at least 2 years (Australia) in counselling and visa processing for Australia 
• Have excellent customer service awareness and communication skills.
• Pleasing personality
• Competent and qualified to deal with foreign educational organizations if required
• Must be polite and convincing in nature 
• Fluent English-speaking level with strong writing ability in both languages.
• Establishing a student's profile and interests, and ensuring that they are included in the company database
• Providing students with educational guidance
• We are advising students on the various alternatives or options available to them when it comes to selecting universities or colleges and locating the best/most appropriate college/university for them.
• Persuading students and their guardians to select the greatest match for their interests.
• Assisting students with the application/admissions process and paperwork (if necessary)
• Providing professional and complete information on studying at Australian universities and institutes to students.
• Create a suitable and effective study schedule based on the student's circumstances.
• Students should be taught how to prepare and fill out the documentation for university or visa applications.
• Collaboration between students, parents, and educators.
• Should have in-depth knowledge in visa guidance
• Excellent command in English, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated, leading and able to complete the whole processing independently
• Must have a very strong desire to lead and grow
• Must have clear understanding of the whole application process along with the education system.

Job Description:

• Provide counseling, application, documentation, and visa application supports
• Train junior staffs as per requirement. 
• Ability to manage the whole department by himself/herself including documentations, processing, counseling, talking with the universities and institutions, keeping healthy relationship with the universities while keeping hearty relationship with students.
• Organize meetings, provide reports and status updates to the higher authorities. 
• Competent and qualified to deal with foreign educational organizations if required.

• Plan and organize instruction in ways that maximize student learning and boost up score level
• Follow approved Academic Procedure and Policies in the conduct of all instructional activities
• Develop and prepare updated lessons plans and standard course syllabus for IELTS/PTE verbal section
• At least 1-2 years of experience in IELTS & PTE Teaching is recommended.
• Good Presentation and Teaching Skills.
• An ability to communicate effectively with students and other candidates of all age groups and social backgrounds.

Job Description

• Managing the class, preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students.
• Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises.
• Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students
• Making teaching plans according to the PTE/IELTS program and preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercise
• Assist students with their study abroad queries through coordination with the Academic Head and Counseling department and help for conversion.
• Plan and assist in conducting mock tests of IELTS/PTE.
• Support for designing and developing teaching materials of the company
