Delivery Person

A Startup Company hiring a new team member for delivery jobs.

We are looking to hire a reliable Delivery Boy to deliver packages to customers. The Delivery Boy’s responsibilities includes verifying the identities of recipients before handing over packages, updating the status of the delivery on the company website upon completion of each delivery, and accepting payment for delivered packages where required. You should also be able to address the queries of the receiving customer if needs to.

 Job Description and Responsibilities:

·         Distributing various packages to specified location within the time fame.

·         Planning daily travel routes based on locations and time frames.

·         Carefully loading and unloading all packages.

·         Accepting and recording payments for delivered packages.

·         Answering customers’ questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner.

·         Investigating any discrepancies with the delivered packages.

·         Obtain customers’ signatures on delivery papers upon completion of each delivery.

Education:

A school leaving certificate is desirable

Skills and Knowledge:

You should have a strong interpersonal and communication skill.

You should have an exceptional customer service skills.

Basics knowledge of Microsoft office is desirable.

Requirement:

Two wheeler and valid driving license is mandatory.
