Academic Description

• BE, BSCIT, Bachelor's Degree in IT related field.

Qualifications

• Proactive, self-motivated, capable of working in small teams in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate potential to manage small to medium scale projects.
• Ability to effectively interact with others and be a team player.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Should have hands-on experience and in-depth understanding of MSSQL.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact on both the project and customer organizations.

Job Description

• The primary focus of this position is to analyze various databases and identify different integrations solutions into a SQL based database.
• Work with the technical team to do end to end data migration/transformation plans.
• Estimate the amount of work to implement defined plans.
• Identify and communicate risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Troubleshoot issues in MS SQL, and propose solutions.
• Write data migration scripts/specifications to load source data into target database tables.
