Jobsnepal.com (Nepal’s first career portal with an approach of creating a meeting point for the employers and the job seekers where each aims at meeting their individual requirements) invites application from the competent, committed, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Nepalese candidates in the capacity of Customer Care Service.
Post: Customer Care Service
Working Time: 9 am to 5 pm
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelors on related field
- 1 to 2 year experience on related field.
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Good communication skill on English and Nepali.
- Managing internal communication (newsletter, emails etc.)
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Computer proficiency in office packages
- Positive Attitude.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone and email.
- Team working ability
