Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Master’s degree
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the related field. 

Job Description:

• Preparing an annual academic plan that involves designing and developing academic calendars, prospectus, daily routines of the NEB High School Management Programme, planning and conduction of unit tests and term or mock examinations etc.
• Personnel management includes job planning, delegation of duties and assisting the School management in the recruitment of faculty members and supporting staff, giving them orientation, monitoring as well as evaluating their performance. 
• Administering and supervising the day-to-day functions related to the programme.
