Project 

Mercy Corps is seeking a Proposal Team lead to coordinate and write an upcoming USAID/OFDA concept note, as well as a second, but similar, concept note for an internal Mercy Corps COVID resilience fund.

The Proposal Coordinator will work with the relevant Mercy Corps Nepal field team and ASIA HQ desk team, as well as a needs assessment consultant, to lead the strategic design process, coordinate information, evidence, and recommendations, and will be responsible for the final proposal production and timely submission. The USAID/OFDA concept note will need to follow a particular template and be subject to several rounds of feedback, including by the USAID/Nepal OFDA representatives, before completion and submission to Washington, DC.

Only shortlisted organizations and individuals will be contacted for further process. Canvassing at any stage of the process shall lead to automatic disqualification of the application.  Mercy Corps reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
