Client Support Specialist/ Associate Technical Writer/ Software Quality Test Engineer/ Associate Business Analyst

1. Client Support Specialist

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Business Analytics, Development, Quality Control and System Administration teams to ensure resolution of any client issues or questions.

• Act as “first line of defense” for client questions and technical issues.

• Respond to client inquiries with timeliness and professionalism.

• Advocate on behalf of clients and collaborate with other internal teams on process improvements to enhance the client experience.

• Preparation of documents as per the requirement.

 Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent (Freshers and candidates awaiting results can also apply).

• Should have an excellent command in written and spoken English.

• Should have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

• Basic knowledge of on-screen capture and video editing tools is a plus.

• Flexible to work on morning, day & night shifts.

• Flexible to work during weekends and holidays.

• Multitasker and a good team player with ability to handle work pressure. 

2. Associate Technical Writer

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create an extensive user manual/help files and training materials for the company products.

• Prepare business requirement document, system design document and application prototypes.

• Proofread and edit the technical, business, and official documents as per necessity.

• Manage and store the document in a centralized document repository for easy access.

• Organize documents in repository & application website.  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or any other relevant field.

• Relevant experience in technical writing or related areas will be plus.

• Should have an excellent command in written and spoken English.

• Should have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

• Basic Knowledge of on-screen capture and video editing tools is a plus.

• Basic knowledge on Axure and MS SQL programming language.  

• Multitasker and a good team player with ability to handle work pressure. 

3. Associate/ Software Quality Test Engineer

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Study and evaluate the business requirement to formulate test cases.

• Creating test cases, defect logs and test related documents.

• Logging and reporting of the defects.

• Conduct defect management and regression testing.

• Assist in preparing software documentations like User Manual, Business Requirement Document, Training Materials, and System Design Documents etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Computer, Management, Science, Engineering or equivalent. 

• At least 1 year of relevant experience for Associate and at least 3 years of experience for Software Quality Test Engineer.

• Knowledge of bug tracking tools. 

• Knowledge of test automation. 

• Knowledge of API Testing and tools. 

• Good command over Microsoft Office Applications Word, Excel, Power Point. 

• Strong technical documentation skills. 

• Should have an excellent command in verbal and written English. 

• Preference will be given to those who have worked on large database. 

• Multitasker and a good team player with ability to handle work pressure. 

4. Associate Business Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the programming team in developing business software’s that involve complex accounting and financial logics. This would typically involve the documentation and presentation of the core end to end business process. 

• Assist in preparing software documentations like functional reports, system design reports, training materials, user manuals, test plans etc. 

• Work side by side with developers to move the project ahead. 

• Test business software, i.e., develop test cases, compare against the software outputs, document, and communicate anomalies to the reporting officer. 

• Provide support to software users, i.e., answer client queries relating to the use of the software and render resolutions, as required. 

• Understand and analyze client requirement.  

• Prepare detailed requirement by talking to concerned people. 

• Provide support to client for software issues. 

• Provide timely project status to concerned parties. 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in IT Management, Business Administration, project management with specialization in MIS, Preference will be given to MBA graduates. 

• At least 1 year of experience in relevant field.  

• Should have an excellent command in verbal and written English.

• Good analytical and mathematical skills. 

• Good command over Microsoft Office applications.  

• Any prior software testing knowledge/basic programming concept would be distinct advantage. 

• Multitasker and a good team player with ability to handle work pressure.
