Client Engagement Lead

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Client Engagement Lead. The candidate will focus on driving success with our customers across South East Asia, Australia and UK, and building the engagement strategy based on analysing users behavior and reach out programs. Your efforts will drive customer satisfaction, improve product adoption and eventually drive growth for the company.

Responsibilities

  • The CEL is the Trusted Advisor and point of contact for customers 
  • Conduct on-going account meetings with our partners to communicate best practices, develop plans for expanded functional usage, provide use case examples for leveraging key product functionality and communicate new feature releases
  • Create and deliver monthly reports to highlight customer successes and provide on-going recommendations for further optimization
  • Analyze customer account trends and provide feedback to internal stakeholders to ensure quality standards, customer requirements, and features are properly deployed and addressed

Requirements

  • 1.5+ years experience and a proven track record of servicing strategic accounts
  • BBA/BBS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience working in a client or Customer Success role in a SAAS company or Technology company. 
  • Ability to demonstrate account portfolio planning competency, ability to prioritize work and strong time management skills are required
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present to executive and key decision-makers
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (English fluency is a must)
  • CRM experience with Hubspot preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel and analysis formulas such as pivot, vlookup, counts.
  • Preferred: experience with SQL and data visualization (reports)
  • Working with SG team - Start at 9 am SGT  [6:30 am Nepal time]
