The Detail Terms of Reference (TOR)

Application process

Interested consulting agencies/ Consultant(s) are requested to submit both technical and financial proposals with the following components:

• The consultant’s understanding of the terms of reference i.e., proposal, incl. proposed plan, methodology etc.
• A clear schedule/work plan with a time frame
• Copy of profile of the institution /firm /consultant, including the CVs of the key team members who will lead the study
• A financial proposal detailing consultant(s) itemized fees, data collection, data analysis, report writing, and administrative costs, all inclusive of VAT.
• Copy of firm registration certificate
• Copy of VAT registration certificate.
• At least one recent example of a similar evaluation report written by the applicant
