CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

Reconstruction and Research Development Center (RRDC) is a non-profit organization situated at Khatyad, Mugu and was established by the group of community development practitioners and human right activist with the aim to contribute to the reconstruction and development of the country with financial and technical support by Welthungerhilfe (WHH) Nepal, which has been implementing Strengthening Food and Nutrition Security Resilience of Disadvantaged Population Groups in Mugu & Bajura Districts, Western Nepal (SAMPURNA) Project since November 2017.

As per the need of this Project, we invite eligible bidders/suppliers/vendors to submit bids for the items mentioned in the table below.

Further Requirements:

• Quotation Submission Form duly completed and signed by the Suppliers 
• Details of the company/firm
• A copy of company/firm registration
• License / Permission of Business
• A copy of Tax clearance certificate(latest) / Tax Return Submission / Letter of Time Extension for Tax Return Submission
• VAT and PAN registration
• Citizenship of Director/Prop./Partner

Quotation documents can be obtained by sending email to rrdc.mugu@gmail.com or collect from mentioned address as below. The Bidders can request quotation document either all package or specific package along the application. Quotation document will be available from 20 September 2020 onwards until 27 September 2020 during office hours (9 AM to 5 PM).

RRDC Mugu reserve the right to accept or reject any quotation, partially or fully, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
