E-Signature Pvt. Ltd. (ES) is a leading Australia based company and is looking for dynamic call center staffs for Education service portal.
We are looking for call centre and customer service extraordinaires! With the recent launch of global service platform, assist the team with handling outbound calls to warm leads and assisting them. A call centre, customer service or sales background would be highly advantageous.
No cold calling or selling.
- High level of Communication, written and verbal
- Ability to learn systems quickly
- Preparation and processing of warm leads
- Thrives in a fast paced environment taking around 50 calls per day
- Ability to communicate in a reliable, caring, informative and ethical manner
- MS office efficiency including MS excel
- Previous experience within call/contact centre or sales
