1)    Associate/Trainee Business Analyst (Few)

      Shift: Day and Night 

      Jobs’ Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist the programming team in developing business software that involve complex accounting and financial logics. This would typically involve the documentation and presentation of the core end to end business process

• Test business software, i.e., develop test cases, compare against the software outputs, document and communicate anomalies to the reporting officer

• Assist in preparing software documentations like functional reports, system design reports, training materials, user manuals, test plans etc.

• Provide support to software users, i.e., answer client queries relating to the use of the software and render resolutions, as required

      Job Specification 

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Studies and Information Technology

• For Associate Business Analyst 1+ years of experience in related field is required  

• For trainee Business Analyst no prior experience is required. Fresh graduates and result waiting students can apply. 

• Excellent written and spoken English language skills

• Good command over Microsoft Office Applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

• Available for both day shift (9 a:m to 6 p:m) and night shift (8 p:m to 5 a:m).

           Any prior software testing knowledge/basic programming concept would be a distinctive advantage.

2)    Associate/Trainee Software Quality Test Engineer (Few)

        Shift: Day and Night 

        Jobs’ Roles and Responsibilities:

• Study and evaluate the business requirement to formulate test cases

• Creating test cases, defect logs and test related documents

• Logging and reporting of the defects

• Defect management and regression testing

• Assist in preparing software documentations like User Manual, Business Requirement Document, Training Materials, and System Design Documents etc.

Job Specification:

• Graduate in Computer, Management, Science, Engineering or equivalent.

• Understand business requirement and prepare test cases.

• Understand software testing and defect management.

• Knowledge of Bug Tracking tools/Test Automation.

• Strong technical documentation skills.

• Available for both day shift (9 a:m to 6 p:m) and night shift (8 p:m to 5 a:m).

3)    Associate/Trainee Project Manager (Few)

 Shift: Day and Night 

       Jobs’ Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in Project Planning and scheduling in agile methodology.

• Lead the project and project team during the development and testing phase of the application.

• Co-ordinate with key stakeholders to execute the tasks.

• Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to customer and management.

• Review the work-log of the project members.

• Identify the issues, risks, and their mitigation plan.

• Participate in release activities of the project and ensure delivered product maintains quality as expected.

     Job Specification:

• Minimum of Bachelors’ degree any discipline.

• At least one year of relevant experience for Associate Project Manager.

• No experience required for trainee in Project Management. Fresh graduates and result waiting students can apply. 

• Good Knowledge of Agile Software Development and Scrum Methodology.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

• Good command over Microsoft Office applications and Project Management tools.

• Available for both day shift (9 a:m to 6 p:m) and night shift (8 p:m to 5 a:m).
