Detailed Job description / requirements:
JOB POST: ADMIN ASSISTANT
- Able to provide report, research and knowledge with online or social media will be an added advantage.
- Perform all task and duties assigned by the Manager or Management from time to time
- Able to follow up calls and deal with client queries when the need arises
- Making and accepting phone calls; sending memos, emails, and letters on behalf of the executive and management, receiving visitors and handling scheduling.
- Have good time management skill and able to work and perform all task given within the schedule or timeframe given.
- Able to do proper filling, recording and documents for easy retrieval or usage by Company
- Prepare sales quotation and proposal
- The ability to be professional, articulate and accurate both in writing and verbal and able to communicate and interact with all level of people.
- Good knowledge in computer software MS Office and any related software in used by the company, able to send/ reply emails or queries without delay
- Good written and communication skill and able to coordinate all schedules, events and exhibitions between the company and clients
- Independent and good work ethics and professionalism and can work a team player as well
- Preferably with working experience.
- Salary will commensurate with experience and qualifications
- BBA passed
- Fluency in English Language
- Ability to work under pressure
