Smart Trading Pvt Ltd is the distributor of Atlanta Healthcare in Nepal and promoting room/car air purifiers, high quality N99/N95 masks, air quality  monitors, vegetable/fruit/meat pesticide remover,  Kitchen based Induction Stoves, Induction Pressure Cookers/Frypan Saucepan etc. We are currently looking for some dynamic passionate, attentive and highly motivated individuals for the following posts: 

Post: Accountant cum Office Assistant (One)

Based in:  Jayabageswari, Kathmandu

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Financial management 
• Accounting with voucher entery to report generation 
• Management of the stock/inventory both in manual and MARG Software and barcode reader
• Create general voucher entry, daily ledger and stock posting
• Report generation as per need, montlhy report, bank reconciliation 
• Support to organize demo/orientation at the offices as per the need and request.
• Consult, negotiate and manage the dealers, retailers and business promoters.
• Email and office management 
• Sound documentation of the office incoming/outgoing letters, correspondence, telephone handling 
• Coordinate and support agencies for establishing groups like eco-clubs at schools, environment concern groups, environmental conservation groups etc. 
• Support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.
• Support for online and social media, online marketing at different online platform. 
• Coordinate the couriers and post office for recieveing and dispatch of the goods 
• Manage bank transactions and  transfers with frequent visit to bank
• Any other task related to finance, admin and marketing and sales coordination

Qualifications:  10+2 passed in Management/Commerce with one years of experience of Accounting and Financial Management. 

Post: Marketing/Sales Representatives (Four) ( Kathmandu-2, Lalitpur-1, Bhaktapur-1)

Based in: Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Promote market of the Air purifiers, N99/ N95/KN95 Masks, PM2.5 Masks, Surgical masks, Air Quality monitors, Vegetable Fruit Pesticide removers, Water Purifiers, Induction Stoves, Induction cookers, frypan, saucepan etc. 
• Coordinate with the potential buyer person and institutes 
• Consult, negotiate and manage the dealers, retailers and business promoters.
• Organize demo/orientation at the offices as per the need and request.
• Support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.
• Support for online and social media, online marketing team like Daraz

Qualifications: 10+2 passed in any discipline, preferably in commerce with one years of experience of marketing. Candidates passed SEE with 2 years  of experience or fresh candidates with BBS/ BBA/BA Environment Science or equivalent can apply..
