Job Description

• Maintain a proper record of the financial transactions related to a law firm.
• Prepare General Audit Report & Taxation. 
• Prepare bank, credit card, and other account reconciliations.
• In partnership with our outside accounting firm, ensure accuracy and compliance with partnership income tax, sales and use tax, property tax, and other state tax filings.
• Communicate with partners, co-workers, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist in preparation of annual budget and forecasts
• Ensure all accounting records are intact, readily accessible, and safeguarded.
