Accountant

Power Group of Investment (PGI) is a network of investors with a goal of investing in high growth businesses and business ideas. Our major verticals are clean energy, agriculture and real state. PGI is looking for an accountant for managing and the reporting of financial information. The role will include responsibilities of financial accounting and management accounting.

Accountant duties and responsibilities of the job

• Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
• Examining expenses submitted by employees
• Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable
• Creating company financial reports with the above information included
• Analyzing data collected in order to determine the state of the company’s financial health
• Analyzing data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue
• Generating financial reports that display the company’s profits, equity and cash flow
• Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel
• Communicate with Manager and/or Director on work status and client issues that arise

Accountant job qualifications and requirements

• Bachelors’ degree (Masters preferable) in Accounting, Business studies, Economics or Management
• Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting/finance experience
• Experience with creating financial statements
• Proficient in Tax Returns, Corporate Finance and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

Offered Salary: NPR 40,000 per month
