Web Designer

Javra Software is seeking a Web Designer ready to make a long term commitment to an excellent career in Nepal. You will work as part of our world class outsourcing team developing desktop and web software applications for international customers.

We are looking for Web designer who enjoy working across technologies and sectors and who have an absolute passion for delivering best of breed technology solutions .

• Design and create exceptional user interface for web applications, mobile and desktop with a strong focus on user experience.
• Concept fresh ideas and turn them into brilliant design
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Convert your beautiful designs into working responsive websites. (PSD to HTML)
• Communicate with product owner to collect information and resources for new design projects.
• Refine designs to help increase conversions and improve user experience.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

• Proven UI Experience
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch etc.
• Experience in HTML / CSS
• Experience with cross-device / responsive design techniques
• Basic knowledge of jQuery / Javascript
• Familiarity with web trends and best practices for UX design
• Extraordinary attention to detail
• Love surfing sites like Dribbble and Behance to get design inspiration
• Extremely passionate about designing websites
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Familiarity with various types of fonts
• Up-to date with latest UI trends, techniques and technologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
