Web Content/Creative Writer

OPENING:

3 Senior Position (Salary- Provided Based on Experience, please include your expected salary in your CV or Cover Letter)

Responsibilities:

• Extensive research on Health, Travel and Technical categories/Topic and produce (write, edit, format) contents from scratch, with a particular focus on blog posts, on-site pages, e-mailers, and byline articles.
• Create informative and persuasive content for multiple digital channels to attain measurable marketing objectives, increase brand awareness, and target audience engagement.
• Network with other experts and thought leaders to stay abreast of trends
• Identify new ideas for contents with the assistance of in-depth research and search relevant content by monitoring different resources and responding, and commenting on user generated content
• Manage multiple social channels (Facebook, YouTube, Google+, Pinterest, Community Message Boards and Community Engagement, and Blogger activation among many)
• Continually amend, revise or redevelop adverts or campaigns as per response/feedback.
• Proof read required contents thoroughly
• Collaborate with other members of the team (both at the agency and at the client) to achieve the best possible user experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Communication, Journalism or related fields.
• Comprehensive knowledge of online research with excellent analytical skills
• Passion for creating great user experiences with actionable knowledge of the digital landscape including current industry and user trends.
• 1+ years of experience writing engaging multilateral content – especially on the web or in magazines/News Paper
• Knowledge of Search Engine and Social Media Optimiation / Internet Marketing is prefered
• Experience in generating distinct articles in a wide array of topics
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity
• Capability to prioritize, be flexible, and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Knowledge of Nepali Typing will be advantage

3 Junior Position (Salary- 8-12k Provided Based on Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Write articles assigned by the team supervisor
• Efficiently produce compelling articles in a strict deadline
• Research through wide areas of categories and produce contents from scratch

MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High school graduated or Bachelors (on-going) in Journalism, Communication or related fields
• Good grasp of written English
• Versatility and flexibility to write for various audiences
• Prior writing experience in magazines or on the web is an added bonus
• Ability to write in less-time and manage multiple deadlines with ease
• 1+ year experience in related field
