JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Post : Warehouse-Incharge

Qualification: Plus 2 or Bachelors Degree.

• 7-8yrs. + years of experience (preferably in single or 2 companys at max) in logistics and supply chain management in a Pvt. Ltd Company. ( Preferably Trading company)
• Positive attitude, ability to work as a team& desire to exceed expectations
• Good knowledge of computer skills (email, MS Word and MS Excel).
• Matured and preferably married of age 33 + and settled in Kathmandu with no intentions to relocate outside Kathmandu or abroad in the future.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Will be responsible for Inventory Management and ensuring timely deliveryto suppliers.
• Experienced in supervising and managinglabor and junior subordinates.
• Strong effective communicator.
• Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The selected warehouse incharge must be able to perform effectively in each of these areas:

• Organizing and encouraging teamwork to ensure set delivery targets are met;
• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employeesand monitoring their performance, overseeing stock control and processing orders, Communicating with other departments, staff groups and customers, delivering and fulfilling directions from the operation's headquarters;
• Maintaining records and cut daily vat bills and delivery challans, stock control systems, reports regularly and planning future capacity requirements;
• Visiting customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving;
• Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the staff in accordance with the set protocols.
• Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and delivery equipment
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. To avoid shortage and thefts in the stock.
• Unload imported goods and give the unloading report. 
• Check the quality of the goods received or unloaded goods or missing parts and give feedback to the management.

• Must be willing to work overtime depending on work pressure.
• Must be able to share his opinions with the management regarding the growth of the organization and realizing company’s vision & goal.
• Must keep all the company’s information secret, if the management feels any information was leaked by him to outsiders or within unintended internal stakeholders then the management has the complete right to penalize him financially, legally or both.

Other specific requirements:

• Candidate should have own two wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Must submit periodic and accurate reports to the management indicating the sales performance of the company

Salary

• Salary : Negotiable (in terms of deserving candidate)
• No system of Advance
• No system of Leave other than Saturday. Must also be present on Saturdays if the work demands or if management wishes.
• Must be dedicated to be present in the office on strikes and bandhs , must manage to travel to office even if the public transport is not functioning.
• The company holds the right to increase the salary according to the performance of the candidate. The candidate cannot ask for any increment in the middle of the financial year except after TIHAR holidays.
