We were among the first INGOs on the ground and operational following the earthquake, providing medical treatment and essential supplies. Our technical staff on the ground now includes physicians, nurses, surgeons, as well as specialists in water, sanitation and hygiene, mental health and psycho-social support and nutrition.

Scope of Work:

Training Assistant will be responsible to support the prepartion and organization of  four sessions/Batches of Stabilization Centre(SC)  trainings in Kathmandu Valley. Prepare support material needed for training, facilitate the training as Master of Ceremony and overlook all the logistics, equipments, and need of facilitators and participants.

Essential Duties and Responsiblites:

  • He/She will be responsible to prepare support material before hand and  discuss the training schedule with NPO or Nutrition Manager.
  • He/She will be responsible to faciliate the training as Master of Ceremony for the training period.
  • He/She will be resonsible to guide schedule of training  and send notification to participants.
  • He/She will be responsible for the preparation of training sessions, organizing training rooms, ensure all necessary equipment and catering arrangements as well.
  • He/She will be responsible to  inform participants about training demands and other important aspects.
  • He/She will be responsible to  keep records about each training course and also participants.

Minimum Education and Qualification:

  • Certificate or Intermediate Level.
  • 3 years or plus experience in Training  Management (Nutrition related training management (IMAM,IYCF,MIYCN,Stabilization Center).
  • Fluent in english and nepali language.
  • Basic computer knowledge.

Note: The job is on roll over basis.
